Before I became a Realtor, I have working experiences in retail management, customer service, and I have owned and managed a construction company for 7 years. I am able to utilize my business organization skills to help my clients through smooth buying/selling process. With my construction knowledge, I am able to answer many of my clients questions and concerns about properties.
With technology advancing, anyone anywhere can look up homes for sale online. I am often not the person finding my clients their dream homes. However, I act as a trusted adviser to guid my clients through their selections and avoid major mistakes. Each year, I spend many hours attend real estate related classes including lastest law changes and issues to help my clients avoid potential hurtle.
So what exactly am I specialize in? I am specialized in my clients' needs; whether it is a house in Somerset, a condo in Kirkland or a duplex in Seattle; I listen to my clients' needs and help them achieve their goals.
I am currently involved in our community association as a board member serving our neighbors and improving our neighborhood. Each year, I also dedicate many hours to community volunteer work and help needed families.

Jean Chase
Residential Specialist I am a dedicated Real Estate professional serving Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Woodinvill since 1988. I have a M.A. degree in education and librarianship from Central Michigan University. My previous work experience includes employment at Drayton Plain High School in Michigan, Northwestern University Library and volunteer work at several VA hospital libraries.
